Terms of Use
These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use Task Hub Global. Please read them. By creating an account or sending us a project request, you agree to them.
1. About these terms
Task Hub Global is a trading name of Omni-Concepts Worldwide Integrated Limited (registration number RC 856075), of Suite 25, Swift Plaza, Wuye District, Abuja, which runs the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and forms part of these terms.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Give true information and keep it up to date. Use your own name.
- One person may have one account. Creating extra accounts, or sharing or selling an account, is not allowed.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
3. Tasks and submissions
- Tasks are set by us, often on behalf of businesses. Each task has instructions, a reward and sometimes a closing date. Read the instructions before you start.
- You may submit once per task. Your proof must be honest and must show work you actually did yourself.
- Our team reviews every submission. We approve work that follows the instructions and reject work that does not, usually with a note explaining why.
- We do not promise that tasks will be available, or that you will earn any particular amount. Tasks can be closed or removed at any time.
4. Earnings and withdrawals
- When a submission is approved, its reward is added to your earnings in naira (₦). Rejected work earns nothing.
- You can ask to withdraw your available earnings once you have at least ₦1,000. Each request is reviewed by our team and, if approved, paid by bank transfer to the account you give us. That is normally within a few working days, but we do not guarantee a time.
- You are responsible for giving correct bank details. We cannot always recover money sent to a wrong account that you entered.
- We may hold, refuse or reverse a payment or reward if we reasonably suspect fraud, a mistake or a breach of these terms, and we will explain why where we can.
- Earnings are payment for work, not a bank balance. They do not earn interest.
- You are responsible for any tax you owe on what you earn.
5. Rules for everyone
You must not:
- submit false, copied, made-up or automated proof, or use bots, scripts or fake accounts;
- try to get around limits, reviews or security, or look at anyone else's information;
- post or upload anything illegal, abusive or that infringes someone else's rights;
- use the platform for fake reviews, artificial ratings or misleading engagement, or ask us to;
- interfere with or attempt to break the site or the services behind it.
6. Businesses and project requests
- Sending a project request does not create a contract. We will reply to discuss what you need, and work starts only after we agree the scope and price with you in writing.
- We may send you an invoice through a private link. When you accept it on that page, you confirm that you are authorised to accept it for your organisation and agree to pay the amount shown as described on the invoice. You can decline it instead, and we may cancel an invoice before it is accepted.
- Please do not put passwords, customer personal data or other confidential material in a request.
- You must have the right to ask for the work, and the work must be lawful and not misleading to anyone.
- We review the work members submit before we pass results to you. We cannot promise any particular outcome from the people who take part.
7. Content and results
You own what you create. By submitting proof, you give us and the business the task was done for the right to use it to deliver, review and store the results of the task. Results we deliver to a business may be used by that business as agreed with us.
8. Suspending or closing an account
You can stop using Task Hub Global at any time; to close your account, email info@taskhubglobal.com. We may suspend or close an account, and cancel earnings that came from cheating, if you break these terms or the law. Where we can, we will tell you why.
9. Our responsibility
We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will always run without interruption or error. We are not responsible for losses that we could not reasonably have foreseen, or for events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit. Where the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount of earnings we owe you at the time.
10. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We will change the effective date at the top and, for important changes, tell members by email or a notice on the site. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If you have a problem, contact us first at info@taskhubglobal.com and we will try to put it right. If we cannot resolve it together, the dispute will be decided by the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Nigeria.
