Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 25, 2026 · Last updated: September 27, 2026

This policy explains what personal information Task Hub Global collects when you use our website, why we collect it, who can see it, and the choices you have. We have tried to write it in plain language.

1. Who we are

Task Hub Global is a trading name of Omni-Concepts Worldwide Integrated Limited, a company registered in Nigeria (registration number RC 856075), of Suite 25, Swift Plaza, Wuye District, Abuja. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean that company. We are responsible for the personal information described here.

You can contact us about privacy at info@taskhubglobal.com.

2. What we collect

If you are a member:

  • Account details: your full name and email address. Your password is handled by our sign-in provider and stored in scrambled form; we cannot read it.
  • Work you submit: the proof you write, any web link you add and any screenshots or photos you attach, the task it belongs to, the time you submitted it, and the reviewer's decision and note.
  • Earnings records: the rewards you earn and the payouts made to you.
  • Withdrawal details: the amount, and the bank name, account name and account number you give us so we can pay you, together with the status of the request and any note from our team.
  • Notifications we create for you inside the site, such as a submission being approved.
  • Profile details, only if you choose to add them: your phone type and brand, main mobile network, state and city or town, age range, and the languages you speak. Every one of these is optional.

If you are a business asking about a project: your name, work email, company, what you need, your timeline, where the work should happen, and the description you write. If we send you an invoice, we also keep the invoice itself, and when you accept or decline it, the name you type, your reason if you give one, and the time.

Technical information: like most websites, our servers and our providers receive your IP address and basic device and browser details when you visit. We keep your sign-in session in your browser so you stay signed in.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, passwords, government ID numbers or confidential customer data. Please crop anything private out of screenshots and photos before you attach them.

3. Why we use it

  • To provide the service you asked for (running your account, showing tasks, reviewing your work, recording earnings and paying you). This is needed to perform our agreement with you.
  • To pay you correctly: we use your bank details only to send the payouts you request.
  • To keep the platform safe and fair: preventing fake accounts, duplicate or false submissions and fraud, and checking that payouts are legitimate. For example, we compare the bank account details given in withdrawal requests across members to spot the same account being used by more than one member, and we ask the bank to confirm that the name on an account matches the name of the member being paid. This is in our legitimate interest and that of our members.
  • To offer you suitable tasks: some tasks are meant for members with a particular phone, network, place, age range or language. We use the profile details you choose to add only to show you those tasks. We rely on your consent, which you give when you save them and can withdraw at any time by removing them on your account page. Languages can say something about a person's background, so add them only if you are comfortable.
  • To communicate with you: account emails such as confirming your address or resetting your password, and replies to business enquiries.
  • To meet legal duties, including tax and accounting records.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

4. Who can see it

  • Our administrators can see members' names, emails, submissions, earnings and withdrawal details, because they need them to review work and pay you. Access is limited to people we authorise, and one senior administrator controls who holds that role.
  • Businesses we work for receive the results of the work, which can include the screenshots and photos you attach, but not your name or contact details. From profile details they only ever see totals, such as how many testers used MTN, never one member's details. By default, results shared with a business identify members only by a short code, not by name. We would ask you first before sharing anything more.
  • Service providers who help us run the site, and who may handle your information only for that purpose: our database and sign-in provider (Supabase), our hosting provider (Namecheap), an email delivery provider for account emails, and Guaranty Trust Bank (GTBank) to send payouts.
  • Authorities, where the law requires us to share information or to protect our rights.

5. Where it is stored

Your information is stored with our database provider in the West EU (Ireland) region, which may be outside Nigeria. Where information leaves Nigeria we rely on our providers' safeguards and on contracts that require them to protect it to a similar standard.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your account information while your account is open. Financial records, such as earnings and payouts, are kept for seven years, which covers the period the law requires us to keep them. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous. We keep business enquiries for as long as we need them to handle the enquiry and any project that follows.

7. Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask us to:

  • tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy;
  • correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
  • delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law;
  • stop or limit certain uses of it, and withdraw consent where we rely on consent;
  • move your information to another service where that applies.

To use these rights, email info@taskhubglobal.com. We may need to confirm who you are first. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

8. Security

We protect your information with encrypted connections, rules in our database that limit each person to the information they are allowed to see, and restricted access for administrators. No online service is completely secure. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you and the regulator as the law requires.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics tools that follow you around the web. Your browser keeps a sign-in session for the site so you stay signed in. We load our fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads. If we add analytics or other tools later, we will update this policy first.

10. Children

Task Hub Global is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we will remove it.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. We will change the effective date at the top and, for important changes, tell members by email or a notice on the site.
